Drawn genetic material permeates into form; ceramic, metal, wood. Made of earth, forged in fire, DNA morphs and transforms into space. Active bodies that now carry weight, history of its precursor, history of its flesh. Now weathered by elements and participatory in its landscape; The unconscious realized. 

1. Artificial Growth, bronze and torch patina, 30. 48 H x 10.16 W x 10.16 L cm2023  Grown of industrial processes, steeped in dystopian futures, a growth signifying the new age. 

2. Relic, Bronze and torch patina. 76.2 H x 5.08 W x 91.44 L centimeters, 2023, A     momentary sigil defining a feeling never to be felt again. A meditation in bronze production, made temporal again by the elements.

3. Harp ,

Laser cut plywood, poplar, two sound chambers, bone bow, nylon strings, shadows, movable bridge, spray paint, and acrylic.​ 106.68 H x 12.70 W x 76.20 L centimeters, 2022.

 

A simple thought,

“If this shape had a sound, what would that be?” Traditional instrument construction be damned, the shape discovered its own shape and vision. Through shadow, the shape further creates its own unique lens, animation, and movie on the walls.
